It looks seriously cool, I love the vibe. But a few previous said the game feels a little dull ... not a 0-day purchase for me. Its such a monstrosity that I think I'm going to wait for everyone else to beta test it for me lol. Bummed about them removing the wall run but hopeful it comes back in a later update
I've never been a big Fallout fan. I LOVE sci-fi stuff but Cyberbunk just looks boring to me. The world looks amazing but gameplay not so much. It's just not for me. But I bet 90% of gamers will love it.
The game itself looks amazing, but I'm trying to hold back from too much hype excitement until a bit more game play is revealed from it. Considering this is a turn based table top game turned into what appears to be more of a FPS style game play it will be interesting to see exactly how the old school table top elements get tied in (if at all) past just some base stats. It seems like they're going in a complete different direction from Baldur's Gate 3 which is trying to make it as true to form as the tabletop turn based rule set. A lot of promise either way, but hard to tell how much I'll enjoy playing through it yet as someone who gets bored fairly from FPS type games past an initial short play through of something like the new Doom games. If it's heavy on RP hooks any the world building is as good as it looks it might not matter if shooting stuff gets repetitive, and bonus since character creation can end up being it's own game.
Preordered already - anticipating it to be the best game ever for me. ...understand some careful consideration and concerns of ppl posted earlier - but this is so right up my alley: favourite studio, favourite genre , role playing game. Insane character customization. My Roy Batty character can’t wait! Lol
I'm cautiously optimistic for the game. Optimistic because it's CDPR and cautious because they've cut a lot of features. They've axed wall running, dual wielding, removed the TPS cutscenes, reduced the number of classes, and the early previews all complain about how vehicles are floaty, and that the gunplay is of the bullet sponge generic variety.
and they still made huge profits despite other game companies complaining about piracy. This is why gog is my fave digital game download platform despite having less games available for purchase than steam.
